Ok here's my deal i've got out traditional postfix / courier-imap setup..

i've got a user on my system that uses my webmail.. and i have a pop gateway setup with hotmail so there's a fetchmail daemon running to snag their hotmail and import it into their local account .. the problem is that she has over 4000 messages now and the imap server will not let her login due to quota restrictions.. since the mail is just fetched right into the folder she doesnt get the quota warning messages..

now my question to you is how can i increate the courier quotas? i cant seem to find the setting..

Well i finally figured out all about courier-imap's quotas..

pretty easy actually.. but while learning about it i learned about all kinds of cool stuff you can do w/ courier..

i had no idea you can have shared imap folders between your users.. thats badass! which is great for sharing mailing lists between your users..
